Terms of Service

These terms set out how our monthly retainers work: the service we deliver, what we ask of you, how payment and cancellation behave, and where the line on liability sits.

Last updated: February 2026

These terms govern your use of Xiqiao (西桥) services — lead generation and outbound email and LinkedIn automation delivered as monthly retainers. By accepting a proposal or engaging us, you agree to them. ‘Client’ means the company you represent.

01 The service

We deliver an outbound lead-generation service: verified prospect lists, personalised outreach, email campaigns run through warmed sending fleets, LinkedIn activity at safe volumes, and bilingual reporting. The specific scope, price and deliverables of your retainer are set out in your written proposal, which forms part of these terms.

Volume and delivery are stated honestly. Every number we share — inbox placement, leads per week, meetings booked — is warranted subject to our warm-up schedule and to the rules of the platforms we build on (email providers, LinkedIn and others we do not control). We warrant that we run campaigns within our deliverability rails; we do not warrant that any third party will behave in a particular way.

02 Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information — truthful details about your product, target markets and buyer profile.
  • Approve before we scale — review and approve the ranked lead list, the angles we draft, and any meeting-intent replies, or follow the agreed default rhythm.
  • Give us lawful materials — any lists you provide must be lawfully obtained, and your business data must be accurate.
  • Stay within your mandates — we represent you only to the extent you authorise, and you will not expect us to contact anyone who has asked to be left alone.

03 Human gates and safety

Humans sit at the judgment points — hot replies, meeting intent, and anything risky or platform-restricted. Sending caps are enforced in code, and an account pauses itself before it risks its standing. We will not run high-risk tactics on your behalf, and we may refuse or pause any activity that would breach platform terms or the law.

04 Payment, renewal and cancellation

  • Retainer — a monthly fee, billed in advance, as set out in your written proposal.
  • Invoices — due within 14 days of issue unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • Renewal — retainers renew monthly and continue until either side gives written notice.
  • Cancellation — you may cancel with written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date; we may pause the service once an invoice is 14 days past due.
  • Refunds — not issued for partial months, unless we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope.

05 Intellectual property

We own the platform, the outreach system, our methodology and the content we create — copy, angles and reports. During and after the engagement, you receive a licence to use campaign content for your own business. You own your brand assets and business data.

You may not use any Xiqiao system, content or data beyond the engagement — for example, re-selling prospect lists or building competing outreach tools.

06 Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
  • No impersonation, and no collecting data about individuals without a lawful basis.
  • Respect one-click unsubscribes, suppression lists and opt-out records without delay.
  • Keep account and access credentials confidential, used only by authorised people.
  • No resale of our lists or systems, and no scraping or activity that would harm third-party platforms.

07 Our liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care and within our deliverability rails. We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings or purchases — markets and inboxes are external to us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before a claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, such as fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

08 Suspension and termination

We may pause or end an engagement if a client breaches these terms, fails to pay, or asks us to do something unlawful or abusive. Either side may end an engagement with written notice as set out under cancellation above.

09 Governing law and disputes

The governing law and venue for your engagement will be stated in your written proposal. Unless a proposal says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the courts of England and Wales. We will always try to resolve disputes through conversation first.
